SANI DENTAL GROUP was originally established in 1985 by D.D.S. Enrique Jimenez in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
After years of honing his skills and gaining experience, he moved north to open a new dental practice in Los Algodones, Mexico, known as Molar City, one of the most important ports of entry for international patients to Mexico.
Since then, Sani Dental Group has grown from a two-chair office and one dentist to a group of over 40 of the best Mexico dentists with two different locations and three clinics, two of them in Algodones, Mexico, and the newest one in Playa del Carmen.
Given the high demand driven by numerous patient referrals, we decided to develop and add an on-site laboratory to produce porcelain/metal crowns, E-max crowns, acrylic plates, TCS, and dentures.
By eliminating our dependence on outside labs and ensuring quality material and results, we are able to offer our patients the best dental solutions fully tailored to meet your needs.

SANI DENTAL GROUP is the largest dental group in Los Algodones, Baja California, and one of the largest in Mexico. It was originally established in 1985 by D.D.S. Enrique Jimenez in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. After years spent honing his skills, he decided to move north to Los Algodones where he established a new office. Since then, SANI has grown from a 2-chair, one dentist office, to a 30+ dentists group with three different offices in Los Algodones. Given the high demand caused by the many referrals from past patients, we’ve decided to develop and add a laboratory to produce our own Porcelain/Metal crowns, E-max (pure porcelain crowns) and acrylic plates as well as TCS and combined metal partials, thereby nullifying our dependence on outside labs and ensuring the material and skilled labor quality.

Andrew Elkwood, MD, FACS, Physician
Dr. Elkwood is double board certified in general surgery and plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons as well as the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons.
Matthew Kaufman, MD, FACS, Physician
Dr. Matthew R. Kaufman, M.D. is a Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon board certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery & the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is a member of The Rhinoplasty Society. Dr. Kaufman is co-Director of the Center for Treatment of Paralysis and Reconstructive Nerve Surgery at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at the David Geffen UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, California and an assistant professor in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Seton Hall-Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.
Dr. Sam Najmabadi
Sam Najmabadi, M.D., is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) as well as board-certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (RE/I). He is a past Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of OB/GYN at the University of Southern California (USC) School of Medicine and currently is Adjunct Assistant Professor at Turo University of California College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. José Luis Rivas Aguilar
Dr. José Luis Rivas Aguilar is certified in gynecology and obstetrics from the OBGYN Mexican Council. He also holds the certification for Biology of Human Reproduction from the OBGYN Mexican Council.
