Ash Tewari, MBBS, MCh, a globally recognized urologic oncology expert and pioneer in robotic surgery, serves as Chair of the Milton and Carroll Petrie Department of Urology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He has several leadership roles, such as Director of the Center of Excellence for Prostate Cancer at The Tisch Cancer Institute and Surgeon-in-Chief of the Tisch Cancer Hospital at The Mount Sinai Hospital. Smith Mobile Prostate Cancer Screening Unit. It offers services to communities in need, and it has successfully screened more than 3,500 patients since its April 2022 launch. Dr. Tewari, a prolific scholar with more than 250 peer-reviewed papers, has been recognized in prestigious lists like America's Top Doctors and New York Magazine's Best Doctors.
