Natureal® Face

Steps Involved in IVF:

Procedure Description

The Natureal® Face procedure is a highly specialized facial rejuvenation technique designed to enhance the natural aesthetics of the face without extensive invasive surgery. Unlike traditional face-lift procedures that focus primarily on tightening the skin, the Natureal® Face procedure emphasizes restoring youthful contours, balancing volume, and rejuvenating facial tissues to achieve a more natural, refreshed appearance. This innovative approach is tailored for individuals who desire subtle but noticeable improvements, often targeting the early signs of aging such as fine lines, mild sagging, and loss of volume.

During the Natureal® Face procedure, the practitioner employs a combination of techniques such as skin resurfacing, micro-fat grafting, or the use of biocompatible fillers to add volume and improve skin texture. Advanced technologies, including laser treatments and ultrasound, may also be applied to stimulate collagen production and tighten underlying tissues. The result is a rejuvenated appearance that maintains the patient’s natural features while subtly enhancing facial symmetry and youthful volume.

A key aspect of the Natureal® Face approach is customization. Before the procedure, patients undergo a comprehensive consultation to discuss their aesthetic goals, analyze facial structure, and develop a personalized plan. This in-depth planning ensures the procedure addresses specific concerns without altering the patient’s unique features, making it an appealing option for those seeking a refreshed look without drastic changes.

Procedure Duration

The Natureal® Face procedure typically occurs in multiple phases, each focusing on a specific aspect of facial rejuvenation. The initial phase, which can last 1-2 hours, may involve a combination of skin resurfacing treatments such as laser therapy or chemical peels to rejuvenate the skin’s surface and enhance texture. This foundational step is often essential for preparing the skin for further procedures by stimulating collagen production and creating a smoother, more youthful appearance.

The next phase of the Natureal® Face procedure might include volume restoration techniques, such as fat grafting or filler injections. This phase can last between 30-90 minutes, depending on the areas treated and the volume required to achieve the desired results. In some cases, multiple sessions are recommended over weeks to allow for gradual, natural-looking adjustments, particularly when using bio-stimulating fillers that encourage the body’s natural collagen production over time.

Recovery time varies depending on the specific techniques used, but most patients can expect an initial recovery period of about 1-2 weeks for swelling and redness to subside. However, the effects continue to improve over several months as collagen production is stimulated, leading to a more lifted and rejuvenated appearance. Minimal downtime and gradual improvements make the Natureal® Face procedure a favored choice among those who prefer a less invasive approach with steady, long-lasting results.

Risks & Considerations

  • Swelling and Bruising: Mild to moderate swelling and bruising are common in the days following the procedure and may take up to two weeks to resolve.
  • Infection Risk: Although rare, infection can occur with any medical procedure, and it’s crucial to follow post-care instructions to minimize this risk.
  • Asymmetry: There may be a risk of minor asymmetry, especially if multiple sessions are required. This is typically correctable in follow-up sessions.
  • Allergic Reactions: Some patients may experience allergic reactions to materials used, such as fillers. An initial patch test can often mitigate this risk.
  • Gradual Results: Patients should set realistic expectations, as full results may take several months to appear due to the gradual collagen-building process.

How to Choose the Right Doctor and Hospital

When selecting a practitioner for the Natureal® Face procedure, prioritize board-certified specialists with experience in non-surgical facial rejuvenation techniques. Verify the credentials of the doctor, looking for advanced training in aesthetic medicine and certifications from reputable medical boards. Additionally, reading patient reviews and viewing before-and-after galleries can help gauge the doctor’s expertise and the natural quality of their results.

Choosing a hospital or clinic that specializes in cosmetic procedures with a focus on patient safety is equally essential. Opt for facilities with a strong emphasis on hygiene, advanced equipment, and personalized care for international patients. Reputable clinics often offer consultations before travel, providing virtual assessments to develop a treatment plan tailored to the patient’s needs, ensuring a safe and satisfying experience with the Natureal® Face procedure.

Frequently Asked Questions

What actually happens during hyperstimulation of the ovaries?

The patient will take injectable FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) for eight to eleven days, depending on how long the follicles take to mature. This hormone is produced naturally in a woman’s body causing one egg to develop per cycle. Taking the injectable FSH causes several follicles to develop at once, at approximately the same rate. The development is monitored with vaginal ultrasounds and following the patient’s levels of estradiol and progesterone. FSH brand names include Repronex, Follistim, Menopur, Gonal-F and Bravelle. The patient injects herself daily.

What happens during egg retrieval?

When the follicles have developed enough to be harvested, the patient attends an appointment  where she is anesthetized and prepared for the procedure. Next, the doctor uses an ultrasound probe to guide a needle through the vaginal wall and into the follicle of the ovary. The thin needle draws the follicle fluid, which is then examined by an embryologist to find the eggs. The whole process takes about 20 minutes.

What happens to the eggs?

In the next step, the harvested eggs are then fertilized. If the sperm from the potential father, or in some cases, anonymous donor, has normal functionality, the eggs and sperm are placed together in a dish with a nutrient fluid, then incubated overnight to fertilize normally. If the sperm functionality is suboptimal, an embryologist uses Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection to inject a single sperm into a single egg with an extremely precise glass needle.  Once fertilization is complete, the embryos are assessed and prepared to be transferred to the patient’s uterus.

How are the embryos transferred back to the uterus?

The doctor and the patient will discuss the number of embryos to be transferred. The number of successfully fertilized eggs usually determines the number of eggs to be placed in the uterus. Embryos are transferred to the uterus with transabdominal ultrasound guidance. This process does not require anesthesia, but it can cause minor cervical or uterine discomfort. Following transfer, the patient is advised to take at least one days bed rest and two or three additional days of rest, then 10 to 12 days later, two pregnancy tests are scheduled to confirm success. Once two positive tests are completed, an obstetrical ultrasound is ordered to show the sac, fetal pole, yolk sac and fetal heart rate.

Embryoscope©

Built into this technology there is a microscope with a powerful camera that allows the uninterrupted monitoring of the embryo during its first hours of life. In this way, we can keep a close eye on the embryo, from the moment when the oocyte is inseminated and begins to divide into smaller and smaller cells, until it can be transferred to the uterus.
