Nancy Ngechu brings her vast experience in human resource management to Pathway International Limited, Nancy aims to bring together great people to work towards a common mission. Prior to founding Pathway International, she worked at notable firms and companies such as Armada Human Capital, UN-Habitat – among others. She is currently CEO of Spring Personnel Limited.

Nancy got her Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in International Business Administration (Finance Option) from the United States International University (USIU). She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management at USIU.
