Dr. Zakir is an experienced Human Resource professional with 18+ years of experience. He has worked in all the gamut of Human Resource function and has been involved in senior level decision making.

He is responsible for developing and implementing HR programs and policies at Al Shirawi Group in alignment with the group’s overall objective. He is leading a team of 30 HR professionals who look after different companies within the group.

Dr. Zakir Malik is a well-established speaker & panelist in the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and India and has delivered on various platforms such as Work 2.0, MENA HR Summit, ARAB Future Cities Summit, Wellbeing at Work, Recruitment Tech Mena etc.
