He is a practicing Paediatric Surgeon and is Senior Consultant and Head of the Paediatric Surgery Department , Royal Hospital ( a 650 bedded hospital ) , Ministry of Health , Sultanate of Oman. He has done his Fellowship from UK and has published many papers in the field of Paediatric Surgery.
